4 结论 针对离散脉冲调制SPWM波形生成方法存在的波形误差和相移大及输出谐波大的缺点,本文提出了一种新型软化SPWM波形合成方法,文中给出了合成原理及实现电路,谐波分析表明:新方法输出谐波极大地减小,且相移误差减少了一半。本方法对提高软开关逆变器的输出波形质量有较大的理论意义与应用价值。
